Adam Scott reveals that Severance 2 will start filming soon

However, Lumon’s career came with a twist: work and personal life were completely separate. Employees who join Lumon’s cut floor undergo a procedure called “disconnection,” which divides their minds into work and personal memories. While the action is marketed as a luxury, and a way to truly keep the business away from home, the nine-episode first season pulls the thread that hints at darker truths about the company.

Talking to SiriusXMstar Adam Scott revealed that the cast and crew are preparing to produce the second season.

“Yeah, we’re getting ready and we’re going to start here, here very soon,” Scott said. And so it all began together. [I’m] I’m trying to think of if, if I could say anything more or if there was a soothing arrow that would come from off the screen.

Scott plays Mark Scout, a worker in the overall data redaction department at Lomon. The first season focuses heavily on his story, which revolves around the grief he feels in the wake of his wife’s death. to cutIts premiere concludes with the revelation that Mark’s wife, Gemma, is still alive and that she is a laid-off employee, working as a wellness counselor at Lumon.

Besides Mark, there’s Zack Sherry’s Dylan George, Brett Lauer’s Hailey Riggs, and John Turturro’s Irving Believe, all working on the cut floor. While Mark was revealing facts about his life that no one knows, his colleagues were simultaneously discovering things about their personal lives.

“I’m so glad people were as tortured by that ramp as they were, because when we were shooting, that last kind of party scene, plus stuff with John [Turturro] and brit [Lower]cliffhanger and Zach [Cherry]It was all like, “Okay, like they’ve got nine episodes with us, that’d be cool,” Scott continued. But you never know what that house of cards is like. If it is going to work and whether the public will care that much. And so, it ended up being a best case scenario that happened and people were really great keeping up with the show and really getting involved with it. So by the time those, those big cliffs happened, it was already clicking into place and up and running. We are all very grateful.”
